Organize and manage user flow from existing mockups and also create animation videos for prototype needs and also video tutorials on how to use app features.
The Problems
User Flow Creation Process
On this project, I was joining in the final sprint, and I was tasked for helping create and compile a User Flow from some of the completed mockups.
During user flow development, we identified and addressed several missing mockup scenarios. To maintain progress against a tight deadline while the onsite designer was unavailable, we proactively created the necessary assets to ensure project continuity.
Together with the UI/UX Lead, Business Analyst, and Project Manager collaborated in creating this user flow.
Prototype and Guide Video
This prototype request came midway through the User Flow development process. The client wanted a video prototype for the loyalty tier page. Since the on-site UIUX team was on sabbatical leave and there was no tool capable of realizing the prototype at that time, I attempted to create it using After Effects. After several reviews and feedback from the team and client, the final prototype was approved.
Since the client was satisfied with the result, they then requested more for video tutorial for the app. For this video, I presented a concept idea to the PM, and the client approved it. My idea was to use a GnC employee as a guide in the video. He explained the bottom navigation menu, how to activate push notifications and location, and the loyalty tiers on the My Rewards page.
This animation shows how the badges switching between pro grades, each grade has different content like benefit etc.
This video is for users who have just installed the app. It briefly explains the contents of each page in the bottom menu, how to activate location and push notifications, and shows the loyalty tier page. The tutorial uses the GnC employee persona as a guide.
